RIGHT OF RETRACTION AND RETURN OF ARTICLES
In application of article L. 121-21 of the French Consumer Code
the customer has a right of withdrawal.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
La Ruche Moderne SAS has a 14-day return policy.
Any unwanted item, in a limit of 2 items per order,
must be shipped back within 14 days after receipt.
The return shipping costs is at the customer’s charge.
RETURN YOUR ARTICLES

If you have placed your order as guest, your must create an account to access to your historic of orders and process a return.

EXCHANGES
The ordered items are only redeemable for a different size or color.
Exchanges are based on available stock and are free of shipping costs.
Should another item be of interest to you, simply return your article
for a full refund and order the new item separately on our eshop.
REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the credit card of the original buying cardholder.
We will refund within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
Please note that a partial refund is possible if we consider items have been damaged
as a result of fittings (stains, deformations, damaged seams, holes).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, exactly as you received them,
with the tag and seal still attached.
If the item is reported as defective and/or has been received with damages,
you must contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt: estore@hemen-biarritz.com.
Returned items that are either used, incomplete
(in particular in the case of missing accessories),
dirty, or either damaged or deteriorated by the customer will not be refunded.
No refunds or exchanges for orders placed outside of Europe.
