Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition, with all garment tags and hygiene seals attached and original packaging. Garments must not have been worn or washed. HEMEN reserves the right to deny any unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
Returns must be received back to HEMEN within 14 days from the date received. Items received outside this date will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers who refuse a shipment from HEMEN are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of return shipping.
Any shipping and returns fees paid will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES
Dear customers based in France:
Exchanges are based on available stock and are free of shipping costs.
The ordered items are only redeemable for a different size or color.
Should another item be of interest to you, simply return your article
for a full refund and order the new item separately on our eshop.
Der customers outside France:
We are unable to offer exchanges outside France. We ask that you return your order for a refund following the below steps, and purchase your desired item(s) as per the standard ordering process.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at estore@hemen-biarritz.com.
CANCELLATION
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a cancellation request to the Seller via email at the following address: estore@hemen-biarritz.com
Once an order has been shipped out, orders can't be cancelled or called back.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
