All our organic cotton garments and undergarmets are pre-washed to avoid shrinkage.
Nevertheless, a minimal amount of shrinkage is possible, especially if exposed to heat. Washing in cool water and air drying maintains your underwear’s fit and extends its life.

Please note that tumble drying always deteriorates underwear, even the best organic cotton underwear. Thus we recommend tumbling dry low and choosing to dry line where possible.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mouguerre, Basque Country, France. 

All successful orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped during peak trading periods eg. sale, Holiday season, etc.

We recommend to gentle wash. 30°c with eco-friendly detergent. A very underrated fact we are happy to share here: softeners reduce the capacity of absorption of cotton. 

Tumble drying always deteriorates underwear, even the best men’s boxer briefs. Indeed tumble dryers do not only damage the cotton fibers but also the elastane thread. Tumble dry low or dry line when possible.
