Shipping policy
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mouguerre, Basque Country, France.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped during peak trading periods eg. sale, Holiday season, etc.
TAX & DUTIES
As all our products are from the EU preferential origin, they are exempted from duties thanks to free trade agreements with the following countries: UK, Canada, NZ, Japan, MERCOSUR, Singapour, Australia.
For other international destinations, orders may be charged with tax & duties once they arrive to the country of destination. Refer to your local adminitration for more details on import fees.
IMPORTANT NOTE to our US customers, according to the recent changes in the US customs regulations, all orders are now charged with tax & duties when entering the US.
Please note that due to customs procedures some destinations would need an extra time allowance.

GENERAL SHIPPING OVERVIEW
Delivery time frames depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once dispatched, you will receive an email including your shipping notification and tracking number.
Signature upon delivery is required. Please provide an address that is attended during business hours. Any person who accepts the goods on your behalf constitutes evidence of a successful delivery.
If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, HEMEN is not responsible for any incorrect information.
Customers who refuse a shipment from HEMEN are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that may have incurred, as well as the cost of returning your parcel to us; and will be deducted from your order refund once your shipment has been received.
